HSIF provides capital investment loans to businesses that are not able to obtain traditional financing through banks or credit unions.

 

How are we different than a bank?

• We lend up to $10,000 per loan

• Our rates are usually between 8-12%

• We practice character-based lending, which means we look beyond the balance sheet and get to know each of our clients personally during the application and lending process, creating a true partnership
